An Exercise in Happiness

kids2 Boosting self-Esteem, self-confidence and emotional intelligence are at the root of An Exercise in Happiness™ and children in this age group deserve to be given the tools to help them develop these qualities.

Well within the window of opportunity to instill emotional intelligence, children in third to fifth grade are also in the midst of developing beliefs about themselves, other people and the world they live in and An Exercise in Happiness uses techniques and activities to help kids lay the foundation for empowering beliefs that will benefit them for a lifetime.

The lessons within the character ed program, An Exercise in Happiness, are put into action through daily and weekly activities like gratitude journaling, emotional and moral strength recognition, goal setting and creative visualization, just to name a few.
